Brazil and EU want to speed up negotiations to eliminate visa

Brazil and European Union (UE) were compromised to activate negotiations that can take to the suspension of the demand of visas to their travelers.
 
The commitment was included in the final declaration of the 2nd Cupola Brazil-UE, that it gathered in Rio de Janeiro the Brazilian president and the French leaders Nicolas Sarkozy - whose country exercises the European half-yearly Presidency - and of the European Commission (executive organ of UE), Jose Manuel Clayish Durao. "Brazil and EU reiterate their engagement of quickly to facilitate the trips without visa, respecting the conclusion of the internal procedures, parliamentary and other integrally, with base in the reciprocity", affirms the united declaration. 
 
The negotiations seek to the signature of a future agreement of "exemption of visas of short duration between Brazil and European Union starting from the proposals already exchanged", it increases the text.
