The ZF Systems of Axes and Offroads Transmitions Division began, in February, the supply of the synchronized transmission T-600 for the new tractors of the MF 7100 Series of Massey Ferguson recently released. Projected and manufactured in Brazil, the family of transmissions T-600 is composed by the models T-620, T-640 and T-660, suitable for machines with potency among 120 hp and 180 hp.
The new family of T-600 transmissions combines durability and economy. With relationships of gears that guarantee better performance in the sugar cane and grain agriculture, the transmission was projected to adapt to the most several applications. “The T-600 family is versatile enough to assist several cultivation types, since it has seven marches among 4 km/h and 12 km/h”, told Antonio Carlos Garcia, director of the ZF Systems Axes and Offroads Transmitions Division. As to the executive, the new system of separate carcasses (in three parts) it also facilitates the maintenance, for the simplification in the access to the internal components.
