Brazilian Products

To supply the needs of the market, Auto Linea, commercial brand of Hübner Industria Mecanica, a company from Parana State, is marketing a new product: the compact engine for replacement of the heavy line Mercedes-Benz.  
 
The compact engine Auto Linea is composed of motor block, crankshafT, valve command, motor connecting rods, movable and fixed piston rings, oil bomb, pistons and rings. And square with integrated headstock, includes committee of the headstock and fixation screws. The advantages of the product are: high technology in its manufacture, increase of the market competitiveness, increase of the profitability, established gage and warranty of 12 months. Another point of prominence of the product is that all the peripheral components possess the quality and the warranty of the factory pieces.  
 
Walter Lopes, Auto Linea sales manager explains although this motor type is used to give most agility in the maintenance services, since the user gets to substitute the product of only one time, with a lower cost. “For instance, if the motor is with more than 70% of the items of its composition in bad conditions the change is recommended by a compact motor. In the traditional way he would have to substitute many items and besides spending more, it would waste time”, says Lopes. 
 
With great success in many countries, Auto Linea's compact motor is marketed at countries as Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay and Venezuela.   
 
Now, Auto Linea works with three versions of the compact motor partially with integrated headstock and three versions of the compact motor partially without the headstock.
